Welcome to asibrake.com (the "Site"), operated by Aircraft Specialties, Inc. ("ASI," "we," "us," or "our"), a FAA Part-145 certified aircraft repair station. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, online store, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.



1. Eligibility and Accounts


You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.



2. Use of the Site and Services


The Site provides information about our FAA-certified aircraft wheel and brake repair and overhaul services. We also operate an online store offering aviation parts, components, accessories, tools, cases, cleaning products, and related items. We are a distributor of most products and an authorized repair/overhaul facility for wheels and brakes. We purchase or exchange cores and components from various suppliers to support our repair services and product offerings.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations, including FAA or export control regulations.

  • Infringing any intellectual property or other rights.

  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Interfering with the Site's security or operation.

  • Scraping, data mining, or unauthorized access to content.

  • Using the Site to compete with ASI without prior written consent.



3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments


All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by ASI. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion.

  • Pricing: Prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling are additional unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and other methods as indicated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

  • Shipping: Shipping estimates are provided for convenience; actual delivery times may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Title passes upon full payment.

  • Returns and Refunds: Our return policy is available on the Site. Certain items (e.g., custom-overhauled parts, hazmat, or opened consumables) may not be returnable. Repair/overhaul services follow separate terms.

4. Intellectual Property


All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, videos, and software—is owned by ASI or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.

The trademarks "ASI" and "Aircraft Specialties, Inc." and related logos are the property of Aircraft Specialties, Inc. We are a distributor of other branded products (such as GripEdge, HOT-STOP, REAL CLEAN, and others) and do not claim ownership of those third-party trademarks. No right or license is granted to use any trademarks appearing on the Site without the express permission of the respective owner.



5. User Content


If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it in connection with the Site and our business.

You represent that your User Content is accurate, non-infringing, and does not violate any laws. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.



6. Disclaimers and Warranties


THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change or correction. Aviation parts and services involve inherent risks; proper installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance are your responsibility.

For repair/overhaul work, warranties (if any) are stated on the specific work order or invoice and are limited accordingly.



7. Limitation of Liability


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory.



8. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASI and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.



9. Privacy


Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices.



10. Termination


We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases, but obligations (e.g., payments, indemnification) survive.



11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Omaha, Nebraska.

You agree to waive any right to jury trial and to bring claims only on an individual basis (no class actions).



12. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.



13. Miscellaneous


  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ASI.

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

  • We may assign our rights; you may not.
