Exchanges or Overhauls
- Return Window: Unused / uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Warranty: A 6-month warranty is provided for craftsmanship defects.
- Installation Requirement: Products must be installed within 1 year of the shipment date to remain eligible for returns or warranty claims.

- Return Policy: All USMDI units are customized to order. As a result, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Real Clean Products
- Return Window: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase through ASI.

- Return Window: Unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase through ASI.
- Warranty Information: Hot-Stop offers a “Lifetime Replacement Warranty” for bags deployed to contain fires. For warranty claims, please contact us, and we will assist you with the process.
